We got Wise cards for our travels as it offers some of the best rates when you’re overseas. What we didn’t know about was the cute animations it (sometimes) does when you pay on your phone. I haven’t figured out why it does them some times and not others – it’s a bit of a mystery – but they are pretty cute! They are themed as well, so when we were in Japan we had cherry blossoms sprouting and getting swept away by the wind and flying carp flags:

They also had cats, an autumn themed dog and one for Fathers’ Day:

But my favourites (so far) are the Halloween themed ones:

I know, very random but amusing for me… and maybe even some of my fellow travelers, but it may just be me 😁
