In London we went to two shows, we can all agree that Wicked was better. I, Z and N had already watched the movie so we know what to expect, but especially after watching The Mouse Trap, it was a lot more engaging.

Although it is a musical, so N didn’t enjoy that aspect very much…

The story follows Elphaba, a girl who is an outcast since being born green, and Glinda, a girl who everyone loves with a perfect life. It’s a story of their friendship in the magical school they were both enrolled in.

It isn’t hard to believe they made a movie out of it!

They even used the same songs in the movie from the musical and the characters had similar outfits.

The musical itself took 3 hours, so we also got some popcorn during it!

Overall, it was great – the set design and acting of the cast were incredible. Even though we already knew the story from the movie, seeing it live made us notice little differences too. Definitely worth the overpriced popcorn!
