Chocolate Factory (by I)

We went to a chocolate factory, which is popular for tourism in that part of Switzerland. First they showed us the history of the chocolate and then the process of making the chocolate, using a device that you held to your ear that tells you everything about each room we went into, in many languages.

Then there were the tastings. First there was a tray of them, which you could eat as many as you’d like, then the tastings further along of milk, dark and white chocolates, plus ones with fillings and nuts inside of them.

There was even a mindful eating part where you use your senses to eat the chocolate to savor it and determine if it’s good.

By the time we finished eating the testers we had gotten, we were all feeling like we’d definitely had enough chocolate for one day!
